PR campaign for Bayer Schering :: preparation NEBIDO
  • PR campaign lasted for  90 days, from March the 1st 2007 untill June the 1st 2007. It included all mentioned activities which agency has done within that period of time there have also been several events we have organised, as well. 

  • ROUND TABLE in the International Tanjug press centre, held on the 5th of April, UROLOGY CONGRESS on the 25th of April heldo on the big stage of Yugoslavian Drama Theatre, and SEMINAR within Serbian Doctors’ Council on the 15th May.

    For this event we have provided the numerous services:
 
  • Preparing PR campaign strategy and media publishing strategy for three month campaign.The strategy was affirmed by the client.

  • Creating data of journalists following health topics, urology and pharmacy, and at the same time involving those people in the actions we had already planned to fulfil. 

  • Organising and realising business lunch in MEDIA ASSOCIATION, which was attended by the representatives of Bayer Scheringa, Cross communications, as hosts and media editors, as giests.

  • Starting the topic in media about testosterone infulnce on everyday lifeof men published in daily newspaper Blic. Activities done….contact with the editor and journalist of Blic, introducing the journalist with the material, organising interview, controlling, authorising and archiving the text.

  • ROUND TABLE. Preparing the event – media announcement of the event, meetings with PR and supporting team of Tanjug press centra. Activities done…..involving media, creating invitation letter and press releasea, contact with journalists, creatng list of present journalists, controlling, authorising and archiving the text after the event.

  •  TV B92. In order to connect these two central events we have organised live interview in morning programme of B92 TV, at the same time announcing Urology Congress. On the 17th April the guest was doctor Sava Mićić, afterwards on the 18th of April doctor Aleksandar Milošević. The topic was health of men and everything that goes with that. 

  • UROLOGY CONGRESS. Preparing the event – media announcement of the event, sending invitation letter, contact with journalists, creatng list of present journalists, controlling and archiving the text after the event, having photographs of the event taken.

  • The text published in daily newspaper Press on Sunday May the 13th within extra edition Lola. The complete extra sdition was dedicated to hormones, whilst the firs part dwelled on the influence of testosterone on lives of men.

  • There have been made a great nimber of contacts with journalists following health topics. In that way we have started the topic about testosterones. Furthermore, we have provided the communication between the journalists and doctors, who are the most influent in this subject, and whose interviews will be interesting to hear in the period to come, especially those of doctors Aleksandar Milošević, Svetlana Vujović, Sava Mićić and Zoran Rakić.

  • Serbian Doctors’ Council orgnised on the 15th May an educational lecture in a form of short SEMINAR for a large group of doctors. Our agency Cross communications provided media support. We provided journalists to be present at the seminar, created press release of the event that was sent to addresses of numerous media, and a number of 7-8 publications of the event  just completed the media image we built during the whole campaign.

  • On Sunday May the 27th Blic published an interview with psychiatrist Zoran Rakić on the topic of gender transferring, which was a front page of that Sunday’s edition of Blic. The interview undeniably mentioned hormones and the testosterone influence.
